Delimobil invites users via mobile app to take part in IPO
MOSCOW, Oct 29 (PRIME) -- Russian car sharing company Delimobil has offered 7.1 million users of its mobile application to bid for its shares in an initial public offering (IPO) in exchange for a 30% discount and bonuses, according to the campaign’s description in the company’s application seen by PRIME late on Thursday.
“The Delimobil users now have open access to the initial public offering – it’s a unique chance to buy the company’s shares (represented by American depositary shares), without commission and at a starting price,” the company said.
The company set the price guidance in the range of U.S. $10–12 per share. Delimobil will list its ADSs on the New York Stock Exchange with a secondary listing on the Moscow Exchange under ticker DMOB.
The Moscow Exchange said it admitted Delimobil’s ADSs to trading and included them to the first quoting list on Tuesday.
